Here at VMD&B we pride ourselves on great products and great customer service. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to complete a return, we can offer a store credit in most cases. Due to the extremely fast-moving pace of our inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. All returns must be received within 7 days from the day the item was purchased (or received in the case of a shipped item). All merchandise must be returned to us in its original, unworn, unwashed, unstained, deodorant/perfume free, smoke-free, pet hair-free condition with original tags attached. If there are any signs of wear or use the item will not be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping & packaging costs. When returning an item, it is recommended to provide a tracking number.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your return status via email within 5 business days.  If your returned item is unable to be re-stocked in its returned condition, you will be subject to the return shipping fees to get the product back. If return shipping is not arranged for within 14 days, the item will be donated to charity. There are NO returns or exchanges on any discounted/sale/clearance items, jewelry, candles, gift items, hair accessories, customized items or insulated mugs.
